Hello, my name is Stevo, it’s a pleasure to have you reading this.
Below you can find out various things about me and stevo.org, and well– I think that’s pretty awesome.
Some things I enjoy are creating music, helping others, blogging, photography, cheese, fish, cookies, exercise, Trader Joes, cold weather, driving, Nintendo, do-it-yourself, podcasts, and hard drive space.
A brief history on me, Stevo–
I have thoroughly enjoyed residing in beautiful Orange County for the past few years. Frequenting in Los Angeles, I am always working on my career in the entertainment business, whether it be in music or acting, I do what I can to stay active in both. I am currently represented by Sonjia Warren Brandon Commercials Unlimited, Inc. Feel free to contact me for a copy of my resume. I am also a full time student, majoring in communications with the desire to work as a creative director. I’m highly interested in the world of technology, but I feel that it is more of a hobby if anything.
A less brief history on Stevo.org–
Stevo.org started in mid 2001 as a little project titled “Stevo Online”, what started as a a website for me and friends to share various files, eventually turned into a blog, including a comment system. I had decided to combine my Livejournal layout and Stevo Online, bringing together a rather popular white, crisp, and basic looking layout. Eventually Stevo Online was renamed to “Stevo.tk” after acquiring the .tk domain name. Months went by, and with domain prices starting to come down, I decided to purchase the domain “Stevo.org”. My website would feature my blog, but now with multimedia, downloads, photos, reviews, and other enjoyable things of that nature.
The site gained much popularity in 2003 and 2004, and at one point receiving thousands of hits per day. I am not quite sure what attracted so many people to Stevo.org, possibly because of my music, or maybe the fact that Stevo.org was advertised, linked and plugged on sites such as Absolutepunk, Punkrockvids and Northstar. There is the possibility that people were just simply interested in my blogged about life. Ever since June 2004, Stevo.org went through many failed attempts at a revamp; opening in closing over the course of seasons. Stevo.org started to lose it’s mojo over time. It was not until 2008, that stevo.org fully got up and running again, and I can hope with time that it can gain back the popularity it once had.
I believe that anybody can conquer their dreams if they put their mind to it. I believe anything is possible, and I believe, that believing in yourself can make wonderful things happen in your life.
