So tonight I went to an “Indian and pilgrim party”, my and some friends showed up to the party as Indians– the ones from India. Anyway, it worked out quite well, I’ll have to post a photo as soon as they show up on facebook.
I’m a little tired, I hadn’t been to the gym in about a month, and I try to exercise about 4-6 times a week. Anyway, I’ve been sore all day, hurts to walk, move, etc. But more pain or no gain tomorrow, hopefully that works out. Been taking some multi-vitamins from Controlled Labs named “Orange Triad”, they seem to be working out pretty well, combined with some fish oil and flaxseed oil. At the gym I mix up some Purple Wrath, which I have been using in the past, mixed with a little SuperPump 250– great combo those two. Finish it off with some Optimum Pro Complex and I’m good to go. I feel like I’m advertising here or something but James this portion of the post is for you.
Food: have any of you ever tried Trader Joe’s “Jo Jo’s” cookies? ..simply amazing, for the price, they cannot be beat for a snack like cookie. My personal favorite, the vanilla bean / vanilla.
Okay, it’s late and I better get to bed so I can enjoy my day tomorrow, goodnight!

I enjoyed it, what more can I say other than I think you should see it.
James, I need you to start posting my friend.
Remember, remember the Fifth of November,
The Gunpowder Treason and Plot,
I can think of no reason
Why the Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot.
Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes, t’was his intent
To blow up the King and Parli’ment.
Three-score barrels of powder below
To prove old England’s overthrow;
By God’s providence he was catch’d
With a dark lantern and burning match.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, let the bells ring.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, God save the King!

I’m satisfied.
bring on the comments..
Halloween has passed and so had October. This Halloween me and my friends have taken the liberty of driving out to West Hollywood for Halloween, it’s a shame we were a little late to the party, but that didn’t seem to stop the 500,000 people there from enjoying themselves. The creativity behind the costumes was just phenomenal, from an exceedingly tall Charlie Chaplin to Captain Crunch, the costumes were just purely awesome– I even saw The Stig!
Anyway, Halloween was fun, until on the way home my tire blew out on the freeway.. to make a long story quite short, this occurred around 2am and we didn’t get home until 6am.
But all together it has been quite a fun weekend. Last night (yes, Nov 1st.) there was another Halloween party put together last minute and to my surprise was a big success. From my understanding this party was a makeup for the night before due to a large party getting broken my police.
So today is Sunday and the time has changed, which is sort of throwing me off a little, but at least I got a little extra sleep– right? Aside from that, the new Top Gear season started today! so I actually think I am going to end the post early right now so I can go watch it, and frankly, I think you should be doing the same!
